Rose, I had an email a few days ago warning me that the beagle virus was about again from Norton,if you have Norton do a virus check and a live update ,i do a live update nearly every day,and i try do a virus check more than once a week. Hope you get it sorted soon . Chrissy.xx

Rose, I have not been able to read any of my emails that I have received through Incredimail. It all started up yesterday and I have emailed them to find out why. I do not want to have to delete all my messages because there are some records on there that I have not had time to print off. What Virus is it? Norton has not picked it up. Sue:-)

June, Same here. About a week ago I had trouble accessing my e-mails but again Norton seemed to be working. Also I installed a Popup blocker that wasn't stopping alll popups and wasn't working at all the next time I used the PC. Rose

Hi Liz, I have to say I had no problems with Outlook Express but liked being able to bounce unwanted and obscene e-mails back to the sender. Have others had similar problems? Rose

Rose I haven't tried to contact you but I am with (Hotmail) and having problems too, some emails have gone missing and of the ones that have got through, I cant just click reply I get a message saying, i explore has caused an errir. So whenever I have to reply to someone I have to set up a new email. I have wondered if I have picked up a virus, but nothing has shown up on Norton.

Hi, In case anyone has tried to contact me I have had a virus which has got into all my e-mails received since changing to Incredimail in June. I had at least 50 I couldn't open and I ended up having to delete them all. Probably all junk bit if anyone has tried to contact me since Thursday please do so again. Rose
