Just a check if you missed it. To stop the flashing logo on the left, go to Tools then Internet options then advanced. Scroll down to multimedia and uncheck the box “play animations in web pages” and click apply then OK. Reload or refresh the GC page an the logo should have stopped. Let us know if it does or doesn’t work, It should Bob

We are talking about the one on the left not the one at top aren't we? (The AOL thing at present I think) The one at the top should stop if you right click and uncheck play (only temp. though) Bob

Strange Jen, I am in Windows XP with IE version 6 and it definitley works on mine (turned it on and off about six times. ) You must reload the page for it to take effect. Bob

Wow Robert, you are a clever bunny - it worked, thank you!!! Don't wish to insult anybody's intelligence, but don't forget that you must click on 'apply' before 'OK' otherwise it won't work. Mandy :)

Hasn't worked on mine. I don't think it would be half as bad if the colours didn't keep changing too. I'm really fed up with this. I'm not staying on half as long. Diane

MMMM!!! I just did it on a laptop and on my sons computer, works on both (XP). When I say refresh I mean the page from the view menu, F5 or the icon, not the GR refresh button. Bob
