i live in portsmouth and our main cab firm is the best you can use.but that all changed for me yesterday.had to take my cat to the vet and usually don't have no problem getting a normal cab.he's in the back in a cage with my daughter.what a shock i got when i rang this cab company only to be told that i would need a black cab which would have to be a five seater and would be metered.when i asked her the price she said she didn't know but would probebly be double when asked why she said it was because i had a cat.you can imagine what i said next.to travel less then five minutes up the road it would have cost me about seven pounds.so beware if the same thing happens to you go to a different cab company. |
