Sylvia You'll probably need to get an up-dated driver for your printer. Try the manufacturer's web site, you might be able to download one. |

I have an EPSON LX 800 matrix printer, about 20 years old! I only had to plug it in and heh hoh it worked. A sturdily built model with no problems. Now I have a new computer and to connect it to my computer it needs programming, but I haven't a clue. Any bright sparks out there. I know it's warm, but so is it here with us getting into a tizzy not being able to get the printer to work. Sylvia |
