it puzzles me that now if you let off fireworks at any time of the year apart from november the 5th or new year or chinese new year you can be fined £ 5000.00 and 6months in jail.i'm all for banning fireworks apart from the times mentioned but how can you justify someonethat is using a mobile phone and driving can be fined just thirty pounds and endorse penalty points on their licence even though they can seriously injure someone or even kill someone while doing this.also in my area you can be fine £1000.00 for dog fouling aswell.where's the justice? |
