Hi all, My access to emails has been stopped. I don't know how or why. When I click on Outlook Express it offers me my name and (Disguised) password. A click on this and it tells me my password is not recognised, yet I know it is correct. I am on NTL Broadband. My brother has had the same problem with Telewest Broadband. What am I doing wrong? Or is it NTL at fault? Incommunicado Jim |

Hi Jim, I'm on NTL and i've just checked my mail - it seems to be okay for a change!! There's a lot of problems with NTL at the moment in general i think. Have you had a look at the server status? Sometimes there are problems in certain areas. Tracey |

I'm with Virgin (analogue) and have had this problem occasionally. After loads of calls to the helpline I discovered that sometimes the connection can get corrupted. Now I just create a new connection typing in all the same details, check it works, then delete the old one. Does the same principle apply to broadband connections? I don't know much about broadband.
