I had a contact sent to me this morning who may be in my family i was so excited so i replyed now i feel like crying it was sent back to me as Mail deliver System not known can someone help me Margaret

If you can remeber the name, try checking your contacts list if it came from GC - also I believe most contacts like this have a 'link' in the body of the message - maybe that will help?? Otherwise just keep trying - it may be a temporary hitch at the other end. Good luck :)

hi margaret go into contacts on genes and read the email it says do you want to send another email, click on it and try sending it that way sandra

That's a good idea Sandra - maybe you can pick up their email address and send via another email account (Outlook Express/Hot M**l etc) if you have one - I always have 2 email accounts with different 'suppliers'
