Has anyone suddenly noticed all the messages we have received (highlighted in red) that weren't there before. I don't recall receiving any of these directly so am working my way through them. If you wrote to me previously and I didn't answer, I apologise but I am not to blame. Please resend and I promise to answer. Joan Allan |

Hi Joan, there is another thread lurking somewhere on this board about the messages. We discovered that the ones in the new format have the person's registered name (eg their maiden or birth name) rather than the one they use on GR. For instance, you may have a message from Susan Smith but you know her on GR as Susan from London. Hope that makes sense at this time of night! Mandy :) |
