Why are so many people now shouting on the boards?

Is it me or do others see words written in CAPITAL letters as people SHOUTING!! And why are so many people now using them instead of normal sentence case? |

In general "netiquette" upper case is generally considered shouting. I guess not everyone here is that experienced of using the net though, so we have to make allowances. I guess also some people just do everything they can to be noticed lol |

I had noticed this trend too but put it down to people not realising that upper case was shouting. Ann Glos |
