Does your daughter come from Lincs too? She could do a 'Beckham' and name her after the place she was conceived or born in - Lincoln sounds cute. Magsx |

They're not in my tree, but I know of an Ethne and a Safira (although that sounds a bit like a car made Vauxhall)! |

Most of my tree are Mary, Elizabeth, Ann- boring really. We do have a Malinda though, and also Lavinia, which sounds quite nice but would almost certainly be shortened to Lav!!! |

My daughter, (an Aussie) met her husband (a Scot) in Canada. He took her back to Scotland to meet his rels. - also sight seeing on the west scottish isles. As they stood on the Isle of Staffa above Fingals Cave, he proposed to her - then pointed out the isle of Tiree! Jenny decided then that if she had a daughter, she would call her Tiree - and she did!! They live in Oz now! |
