Tonight I received a request, out of the blue, from someone with the same surname as someone on my tree, asking to View my Tree. I sent a reply and later opened my Contacts List to check what had happened and she is still not on my list of Contacts. Is this another Glitch in the system or a carry on from the recent spate of spurious requests? Any advice welcomed. Oh and by the way, can someone tell me how to delete contacts under the new regime? Hi Jim, I count my self as being reasonably intelligent (kids wouldn't agree lol) but I just can't get the 'gist' of the contacts and messages at all. This morning I emailed someone, about someone who was trying to contact her on the success board. Tonight I have received an email from the girl requesting to view my tree and now I have just noticed I have full access to her tree!.......WHY? We have absolutely no connection. Maybe I'm being a bit of a divvy here but if I email someone through GR are they receiving the actual email or only a message 'requesting to view their tree'?? Anyone know? Christine |

Hi Jim, It took me a few goes to suss the 'delete contacts' The 'Delete' button doesn't actually do anything!!! You have to do it by using the dustbin icon on the far right hand side (which I didn't even notice for ages!) Debbie |
