Good Morning Everyone I just had to let you all know that the World Air Guitar Championships start today in Finland. Rules as follows: 1. The instrument must be invisible - ie, air 2. An air guitarist may play an electric guitar or an acoustic one - or both 3. Personal air roadies are allowed, but backing groups (real or air) are not 4. The winner must carry the joyful tidings of the air guitar forward - thus promoting world peace. I really thought it was April 1st when I read about that on a major TV news site (the one we pay our licence fee to!). Hope it will be on TV, the news could do with being lightened up a wee bit. If only promoting world peace (rule 4) was that easy! Maybe we should get some of that on the message boards. Anyone any thoughts on this? Lynne |
