I agree with you - other people /family members don't always understand. I like to see it as bringing them "back into the fold" - their lives did matter and obviously put me where I am now. Yors anorakishly ;) NL |

I was talking to my Mother the other day and obviously I was excited as I had found her Grandfather on the Census, and that I could now go back even further. She said, I quote, "that's lovely dear but I don't think there's any point in going back any further, after all they've been dead and gone for a long time now!!!!"
