Kathy Thanks for the encouragement, I am really glad for you too. Can't wait to read the book I got today and play the CDs, the sooner the better I can get off them Lynda |

I used the book and had medication prescribed by my GP. It worked for me....................mind you, my husband had taken our kids on holiday for a week so I would find it easier to relax. I had tried other methods over the years but none were successful for very long. I have not smoked for 3 or 4 years now. Good luck Kathy |

Hi everyone Thanks for the messages. I bought another book today in WHS (by the same chappie) this one has been esp written for women. (not sure why it's different) and a couple of CDs So you can see I'm pretty serious about it, want to save my health, and money in that order, but if I can do it via this method I'd prefer it, don't really need the extra stress in my life just at the present. Thanks a million for your support and advice Lynda xxx Lynda |

gave up smopking all on my ownwithout patches or treatment.my approach to giving up was do or die.that's the bottom line and after seeing my grandfatherdie from lung cancer.if you could say he had lungs because he didn't have any when he died through smoking then i didn't hesitate to give up.haven't touched a cigerette for 12 years now and don't miss it.xxxx(: |

Thanks again Paul, I really need that encouragement as I have very little willpower when it comes to the dreaded weed!!!! Really wish you luck, though sounds like your well on your way. |

I have read the book and quit in April. I had tried many times by will power and only lasted a few days. I used to smoke 20 - 30 a day and went from that to nothing over night. Its been the easiest thing I have done. From what I know of the clinic you get a money back guarente (excuse spelling). They have a 95% success rate but you have to listen to what is being said. |

I believe we are not allowed to advertise on here, so being a bit cryptic Just wondered who had success in giving up the EASY rather than the hard way, and if anyone had done it by attending a clinic. Have one in Brighton it seems, a bit too scared to phone up to find out how much it will cost. Lynda (;-00 |
