The number used on our local hospital for patient records is actually the date of birth of the individual, so could be difficult if this info not to hand. Jacqui |

I don't know whether it helps, but my NHS number was the number on my identity card. I suppose it depends on what other informationyou have. Someone on the Records Office Board might have an electoral role for the area and year you want. Rosemary(Essex) |

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A WAY TO SEARCH SOMEONES DETAILS IE ADDRESS TO TRACE SOMEONE IF I HAVE THEIR NHS NUMBER AND OTHER PERSONAL INFO??? |
