My fave is plain chocolate, like Cadbury's Bournville. But I don't really turn my nose up at any sort of chocolate!!! |

Galaxy, sweet and creamy! But really any sort of chocolate, I'm a real chocoholic as you can tell by my hips LOL. I too suffer from migraines but I recently read a newspaper article which I found interesting. It said, briefly, that chocolate might not actually be a trigger - when a migraine is imminent, we crave something sweet so usually head for the chocolate - and of course a migraine follows so we automatically assume that the chocolate has caused it, whereas we probably would have had the migraine anyway whether or not we'd eaten the chocolate first. I must admit that after a migraine, I'm desperately hungry but particularly for sweet things. It's a possibility I suppose! Mandy :) |
