Is there anyone out there that would like to do a charity trek with like minded people? I'm thinking of 2006 and maybe 30 of us GR members going somewhere remote like the Sahara but that's for debate..... if so you would need to raise £3500 per person!! The publicity for GR and The Pink fund could be fantastic!! You have to be able to get away for about 8 days (with no puter's) - you need to raise a minimum of £3500 for sponsorship each and it sounds really hard but everyone goes at the pace of the slowest person so all levels of fitness is acceptable..... you have a year to train anyway!! :O) Anyone seriously interested? |

we have 12 potential trekkers now for the Sahara next year!! :O) So she wanted £10000!!! Do you think she'll be happy with £110,000? |

Diana, my love i am thinking of doing the walk with you next year, but don't hold me to it just yet. Will have a serious think about it this week and let you know. -Don't know if i could raise that much sponsership.
