Hello folks, I am Christine from Cambridge (formerly Duxford, nr the Air Museum!). I live with Mark, who is CNC,turner, at an engineering company, he is obsessed with computers and his mountain bike!. I would have been married 25yrs this year, but my husband died in 1989,(tragically), I have a daughter Claire who is 22, I also have a son Mark, who is 18, he is Autistic, and lives in residential care, bless him, he is a handful, but lovely with it! :). I like to be cheerful, and realise like a lot of people that life can get you down sometimes. I work part time for Clare college, looking after students, in their accommodation, it's nice meeting so many different people, and helping them on their way!. It's nice coming on here, and sharing each others ups and downs!. All friends together! |

I'm John Stephenson and looking forward to being 37 in December (my twin sister isn't for some reason!). I've been married to Carolyn for 8 years (honeymoon on Iona) and have a brilliant three year old son called Reuben. I teach the piano/keyboard in seven schools in Warwickshire and have about forty-five private pupils too. My wife works three days a week as a primary school teacher. I have lived in North Warwickshire all my life, except for seven months last year when we tried to make a home in Northumberland. As well as genealogy, I fill any spare time I have with my family, Christianity, current affairs and looking at maps. That's me in a nutshell! |

I am Helen Evans (maiden name Gray). I was brought up in Sanderstead, South Croydon with my parents and brother Rob. Went to college in Ealing. Lived in Eastcote before moving in with Mel in Northwood. We moved to Hitchin in 1985 and married in 1990. I worked in libraries in London 1977-1991. We have two sons, W and D. Still in Hitchin, but a different house. Winter weekends revolve around rugby - W plays for school Sat am, Mel for Hitchin 4ths Sat pm, W & D play for Hitchin juniors/minis Sun am and Sun pm we watch Wasps. When I am not freezing on a touchline or washing kit, I work at a local primary school, spend a lot of time with special needs children which I enjoy. I do genealogy in spare time and squeeze in essential housework/household chores when I can. Family all call me Nell, friends call me Helen, at school I am Mrs EvansIneedawee! |
