My dad used to refer to it as a 'tassel' - I got very confused and embarrassed as a young child overhearing a conversation about someone's jumper having tassels all along the bottom! LOL Magsxx |

Don't know about shaking hands with the vicar, sounds too much like bashing the bishop, which is something completely different. Mind, you know what they say about having more than 2 shakes..... Anyway, as a kid it was always referred to as "widgey" |
