We have the DVD of Brassed Off - it's one of my wife's favourite films. She loves brass bands her Dad and uncles once played in the Sallies band. |

Okay - I was a bit mean but I thought you may have seen these English features - Johnny Grimble was about a boy desire to be a soccer play - he was given some so-called magic boots that weren't what happens I won't say. Brassed Off about redundant coal miners and a brass band - their conductors wish to enter a competition in London what happens you will need see. Must admit I haven't seen the other two but have read about them. Billy Elliot was meant to have been included as a guessing one but was forgotten. Sorry for the confusion. |

Dorothy you are right they want to achieve something. I will give a huge clue for Brassed Off - starred Ewan McGregor, Pete Postlethwaite as the conductor! The actual star was the Grimethorpe Colliery ......... |

Tennis is the answer - the film's actual title I thought it was Wimbleton but it is about tennis. Continuing the feel good type films like Billy Elliot, Full Monty overcoming adversity. These other films - Brassed Off about sacked coal miners and some type of instruments. Johnny Grimble has some so-called magic boots for this game. |
