My Scottish lot are all from the Highlands..am totally stuck, but have only used Scotland's people. I have just discovered that my direct ancestors were Roman Catholics and they married in the proverbial middle of nowhere in a chapel on a remote peninsula called Knoydart. So totally Stuck! I have Fraser, McLean, MacPherson and Mackintosh - too common. I have found my ancestors birth on SP but can't find a marriage between Ewen Maclean and Margaret Cameron so hit a brick wall. grrr Lucia |
