Ere Effie I 'ear yer 'ad visiters. 'ope yer 'ad a luvverly day ducks. Ah've bin away sumwhere forrin. Yer shud see the state of the buildings! All falling darn an' broken! An they eat this forrin food. Ah frew sum coins in this enormus farntin an there was lotsa luvverly blokes. If ah'd left mah Bert at 'ome ah might 'ave pulled! 'otel was quaite naice. 'ad it's own armed guard an everyfink and lotsa posh people. 'ah arsked if they knew Mabe but they jest gave me one o' them looks. Gotta get on wiv me cleaning nar gel but see yer later. 'Ere you lot ! Last night I nearly broke me teef on a big bit of 'Ard cheese. Been in the pantry since new year. 'Ad a nice waxy jacket on it, tasted real ripe it did. Looked alright once i cut the fur off...... Saved me buying that Elam cheese...... Mildred x |

Mabe, Viniga is ok on the chips but lay off the Vodka! ope yer tum is betta soon gal. Took me littlun to shops yestaday cos she needs a posh frock for a do at skool. Bort one that cost as much as me rent for 6 months! Rent mans not gonna be too pleased!! Saw some luvly tiaras too but she dont one cos she dont wanna out do Effy. Time for a cuppa. Gladys |

'Ere Effie 'eard you had visitors today, 'ope they behaved themselves, and you an all. Been down the market today, bought ya a nice bit of cod, will bring it up to you in the morning. The cats got it's eye on it it, but I told 'im thats for our Effie, and he looked at me as if to say, well let 'er have it then, thought that was nice, but then I turns me back an 'e swipes it from me, but not to worry tho gal, I got it orf of 'im and run it under the tap, so as good as new it is. 'Ere Mabe Ive got some of them fig rolls from scabby Joe on the market. Fell off the back of a lorry. Dirt cheap they was. Made in outer mongolia. Bit old and soft, bit like a few old gals we all know hehe. Never mind, no one will notice once we dunk em in. Mildred xx |
