Thanks all. Jude I have two other sons, David's twin Matthew who is perfectly normal and Christopher. Matthew is a bit quiet but was upset at the crematorium. Christopher is mentally handicapped so is spared the pain although I think he knows something is missing. Having the other two has helped I'm sure. We were a famous sight in Castleford town, many thought that we worked for the social services or something as they couldn't believe we had two kids in wheelchairs. It's been a comfort that so many apparent strangers 'knew' us and have expressed there condolences. Bob |
