Although I have lived up here for 8 yrs now. I dont really know Newcastle Town all that well. So need some help on deciding what we can do about eating arrangements. I do know there are some 'All you can eat' Chinese Buffet places, have been a couple of times. But of course not everyone likes Chinese. So open to suggestions. Jenny.x |

How does Saturday 23rd April, Saint Georges Day sound? We could all meet at Central Station and start off in The County Hotel and take it from there. Then the one on the Saturday 10th September? For the Fair in Gateshead. Also, if anyone local is interested in a coffee morning in Newcastle any time, please let me know. Jenny xx |

Hello everyone. What a response. This is going to be hard deciding on a date. The Great North Fair in Gateshead is not until the 10th September. I cannot wait that long to meet you all. So shall we have two meets? One as soon as Possible and then one on the 10th September? My daughter is due her baby on the 17th August, so I shall be down in the Midlands for most of that month. Some prefer the school holidays. Can we have a vote please for the month of the first meet up. Jenny. xx |

Hi Jenny, PLEASE can I come? I will be up there from July 20th to July 26th, if that's a possibility? Might be best to avoid the week of July 25th cos every decent Geordie will be watching the Tall Ships sale up the Tyne! Sal from South Shields |
