Ann There is a formula 1 hotel next to the inn keepers hotel at kenton and it is only about £20 a night i stayed in a one in scotland last year they are nice hotels and you can book online i think. Gary (Annies boyfriend) |

Good morning all. Just popped in to let you know we shall be having a very special guest at our meet up. YES, Gaynor Bear will be with us. I shall be starting the GR Relay at the meet up. Are you bringing your collection bucket Diana? Ive got a tub of loose change that the kids have been collecting if its any good to you(1p 2p and 5p pieces). Jenny, Are we staying in the pub the whole time or going elsewhere as i need to book my train ticket by tomorrow to get it cheap.I dont know what time to book the return for,or whether or not to stay overnight Anna :-) |

Hi Anna. Get that ticket booked, we are going to have a fab day. I would imagine we shall be in the pub mainly. I am hoping a few will join me on the beach at Tynemouth to name The Big Pink Bear. I shall be getting in touch with the local newspapers and possibly Century Radio. It will be great if you can stay over. Grandpa Jim is and Pink also. Whatever is best for you. Pink will be bringing the collection bucket up with her. Jenny x |
