It is so weired that you put this thread up. I was just thinking today of the fun we had last summer. Do you think that we could have a reunion this summer? Yes, that's right - because Chatston was formed when we all got rescued and came back here - gawd - it took over my life for weeks - with my rotten Geography I used to sit here with the b.....y atlas trying to work out a route night after night .... LOL - Where HAS everybody gone? |

I've still got our ''dream houses'', do you remember? Daniel was going to be king and yes I've still got the map of the Cape Verde Islands. What a good idea Gwynne!! As it's such a ''hot spot'' to buy a property, should we all contribute to a ''co-operative'' apartment for us all to use? |

Hi Gwynne - after it was finished, I was in a Garden Centre, and there was Boris - so I bought him and he now sits near my pond in the garden - happy as Larry!! (who ever he is!!! LOL) |

Admiral speaking!!! Hello Nurse!! Yes, wasn't it fun - I've still got most of mine on My Threads - those were the days - all of 6 months ago!!! Hey Jenny - did you see Place in the Sun last night - I was leaping up and down!!! You remember I was navigating the route (and sitting here with an Atlas LOL) and we actually went to the Cape Verde Islands - cos - well, I can't remember now - and there were these islands on my atlas which were in the right direction - well last night on Ch. 4 they were saying that these are THE places to buy property because they're going to be the new ''Canaries'' - how about that for ''premonition'' - oh what fun!!! |
