Kylie, Lots of prayers and positive thoughts coming your way. Try to relax as it is the best thing for you and baby. Do breathing exercises slowly in, hold, slowly out. Practice this exercise and see how it helps you to relax. It helps me to fall asleep at night. Hugs Lindy

Get some books ordered from Amazon on things that you have always wanted to read. You want at least 10 weeks reading - aim higher than the seven weeks they would like. BED REST MEANS GETTING OUT OF BED TO HAVE A WEE AND A WASH. Not getting up and just hanging up the washing or having a quick hoover round! Learn how to meditate and develop a taste for Einaudi or classical spanish guitar music. Try to get a Reiki Master to come to your home for a few sessions. Do you both good, it will. Whilst you are on bed rest, don't forget the circulatory excercises. Twirl your feet round in circles so that the blood in your legs doesn't get sluggish. Lots of easy advice - but if it isn't your first baby it can be the hardest in the world! Best of luck Keep in touch. Abigail

Kylie, we don't just care for one member you know we care for everyone. We all know how much this little girl is wanted so we are all sending you our thoughts and prayers. take care of yourself and, like the others say, try to learn to relax. You need to remain positive and unstressed, visualise your beautiful baby being born and aim for longer than 7 weeks. You wll make it. Love Ann
