What a wonderful idea! Hubby is an astrology buff, so I'll have to get him to point out the constellation for me. Carole

What I did was nothing, I am merely an ideas person. Pink did the work and of course Joy. Gaynor will now ALWAYS be with us shining over us and we can see her most nights of the year. I do love the name. Thanks Pink for all your work. Pat

What a lovely pressie :-) As a child I was always told that if I felt alone to look up to the stars and moon and then I would know that I wasnt alone as my loved ones would be able to see the stars and moon as well :-) the last few nights at 10pm I've been looking at the stars and moon thinking of Gaynor, would be lovely to look at her star but I'm useless at things like that :-) Karen x

It wasn't my idea, Patricia Kendrick suggested it and others helped name it.... Joy's actually responsible for the name 'Gaynor Shines' as she managed to play around with ideas I had!! So it really is a joint effort!!

A brilliant idea!Well done, Pink! On a clear night, Sirius (AKA the Dog Star), in the constellation Canis Major, is the brightest star in the sky. 'Gaynor Shines' won't be far away from it, so when you see Sirius, think of Gaynor. CB >|<
