'We' don't have a song as there isn't a 'we' there's a 'me' and my song (at the moment) is 'Someone like me' by Atomic Kitten: 'Don't let your head rule your heart Don't let your world be torn apart Don't keep it all to yourself Just let all your emotions run free With someone like me Thats they way it should be Someone like me I know it's hard When your feelin' down To lift your feet up off the ground We make mistakes But doesn't everybody You don't always have To agree with someone like me Thats the way it should be someone like me We know the story so far (What you want and who you are) What you want and who you are(free) Let all your emotions run free You don't always have to agree With someone like me That's the way it should be Someone like me Someone like me'

Wake up and make love/Ian Dury and the Blockheads and Moondance/Van Morrison are both significant songs for us. nell

Pat.. well I thought the first album was great. I think he was just badly advised with the later released, or rather not advised at all !

Paul Terence wasn't really much of a talent was he? well 'Sign your name' and 'Wishing Well' weren't bad, call him Mr HYPE, head far too big for his talent. Christine I remember that track from my school days, that must have been a very old juke box I have a feeling that song was out at the same time as the Equals 'Baby Come Back' 1968, I am amazed. Lynda Otis Redding one of the GIANTS of Soul Music, and what terrible loss, one of my faves of his would have to be 'I've been loving you too long' I don't go for your song stuff, but if I did it would have to be something from The Golden era of Soul Music Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, Temptations, now I am showing my age. Pat x

I think it was out late 60's Paul, but it was always on the jukebox at the pub we used to go to when we started going together in the early 80's. If Lucia doesn't remember Terence Trent Darby, she's got no chance remembering mine! LOL Christine

Sheila .. not cheesy, great song. Lynda .. if I recall, TTD got a bit too big headed after the success of his first album and decided to take total control of the next one, which was a commercial disaster. He did much the same with the third, that was pretty poor too lol don't think he's done much since. ps.. I like Otis Redding too :) our wedding song was Van Morrison, Someone Like You
