Hi, We always say it's 'I'd rather be lonely' by Loudon Wainwright (lyrics by request) But it really is 'Streets of London' by Ralph McTell which goes back to our hairy student days when he was at university in London. Not a particularly romantic song but it reminds us of the weekends I used to spend down there and waking early to go to the Portobello Road market. Gwynne |
