Yes Peter you got it. The last person took the last egg, still in its carton. Detctive Sergeant Smith turned up at the station slightly later than he intended. He didn't start working, he just looked at his watch, sighed and went home. His chief wasn't a stickler for punctuality so why the change of heart? Aileen |

Yes, there are 4 mistakes. 3 spelling mistakes and the mistaken claim that the sentence contains only two mistakes. Try this one while I eat my dinner. On the table is a carton containing six eggs. If six people each take one egg, how can it be that one egg is left in the carton? Aileen |
