Hello Mags, I've not been viewing the general threads much recently, so missed your note on the Bristol meet until now. Afraid I can't make next Saturday (grrr..), so will have to give my apologies. Pink - Excellent!! - no having a quick swig on the way down! lol Jo - tell him if he's not careful - We'll give him away as the booby prize! Ann - The definites and probables are at the front of this thread - 24 definites (and I have included Susie the bucket monkey! lol) and 9 hopefuls - plus anyone that I hope will just turn up on the day. ANY raffle prizes would be very welcome - I am just sorry it has taken so long for me to get an ok from them for the go ahead for Pink's Fund. It is a bit of a rush I know. Dawn - You and Jo can sit together- If you can piggin' well make your minds up where!! LOL LOL - That is great news - look forward to meeting you. booby prizes - have had all clear from my mammogram so you can have my all clear letter as a booby prize. Mags, what kinda thing do you want for raffle prizes? Will anything do? I will try to give something along the line of researching or maybe a free search for anyone on their family search as much as I can find. I have births 1920-1984 and marriages 1935-2000 and will offer this as first prize. Finding the roots of someone who fits into this criteria. Love Joan |
