Good Morning everyone, it is a lovely day here in Rhodes. Spring has 'Sprung' in all its glory here. We have had a few powerful storms lately, but they in themselves are quite spectacular. All the flowers are out and today is a religious festival day (clean day) akin to Lent. Festivals and parades will take place throughout most of the villages culminating in bigger parade through Mandraki Harbour onto Old Town. Visited UK (born Brum) briefly in December - was frozen for a week. Forever a Brit but more than happy to be Greeklish! (whole family here - hubby and two sons) |

I've got a busy Sunday planned - house work! Mum is flying in from Alberta on Monday. I'm having a surprise 40th for my sister next Saturday. She will really surprised as her bday was June 18th. She doesn't know Mum will be here, so double surprise. Daughter upstairs sick in bed with sun stroke. She played (and won) her field hockey division champs game today. The weather is exceptional for March. Started my tan early! |
