Weather was fine Saturday. Never even had to but coat on. Boat was brill. But didnt have any woodpecker so had to have Strongbow. Had a dicky stomach all day. Now cant get to sleep due to trapped wind Feel so bloated its effecting my breathing so I keep on swallowing more air and making it worse. Have had two big peices of cucumber but still cannot shift it. Any remedies please. I havn't got antacid tablets. have had Bicarb earlier and it has just gone straight thru me like a dose of salts Sorry that sounds all jumbled, hope you get the drift. Jenny.
