Have you really not been training Diana?lol I have been worrying about not doing enough myself,but i think im reassured now! I was going to do a few 10mile walks this week but Glenn told me to rest this week lol See you all soon Anna :-) |

Anna I can honestly say that my boots only got taken out the box this week and were put in the box when I got back from China!! I know I will regret not doing any especially on day 3 but I will not be BEATEN!! xx |

A TIP IF WE HAVE TO WALK THROUGH ANY WATER - AS IN DRY RIVERS!! Take your socks off before doing so and put them back on at the other side!! Your boots are waterproof but your socks aren't!! xx |
