Diana,something happened when I set up my page on bmycharity.When I saved it and viewed it,it doesnt have my name on the top,its got Pauls :-S What have i done wrong? Anna

Anna, I don't think its anything you've done, I think the site's a bit flaky to be honest - something similar happened with my page and Andys. When I go to my page, it has my name, but your message, and my donations... and when I go to your page it's exactly the same. I think we need to talk to the bmycharity people again and get them to sort it out. Paul

I followed the instructions you sent me Daisy. I dunno what happened. Ive emailed them anyway so hopefully they can sort it. I hope it hasnt messed up Pauls page though I think ill go and do the ironing where i cant harm anything lol Anna :-)

I have to say, I'm beginning to get really annoyed with the bmycharity site. Things like this should NOT happen. I've just tried to edit my page, and it says my URL is pinksaharaANNA !!! I've mailed them to get them to sort it out. I'm sure it's not your fault Anna, its just that their site is doing things that it shouldn't !

I haven't sent emails out to people yet regarding donations but I'm a little concerned about doing so whilst there appears to be bugs with the website. :-S

Serious question! What is everyone bringing and how many bags are you taking? I have no idea what I`ll need, obviously I can ditch my hair straighteners,hair dryer etc but I`m bringing my make-up!! LOL

kerry, I will be definately be bringing my eyemakeup and a nivea pearl and shine lippy! I have been told to get 'Thousand mile socks' they are supposed to be the best. I think someone mentioned this before, but I think all us Sahara walkers should have each other's email addresses so we can share things off the boards (and people can send me attachments containing training plans! As for what to take????? A nice lightweight roll on deoderant, some perfume samples, toilet roll? we are going to have to come up with a list of essentials betwen us! Jack (nervous and excited) xx

I went and had a look round an adventure sports shop today, i could have spent a small fortune!!! Aside from boots, sleeping bag, bedroll and socks, i have my eye on a 'special' towel that doesn't stay wet and packs up small and some liquid to wash with that doesn't need water, a bit like the stuff nurses use. I also plan to own shares in the baby wipes industry, but i will pass on the make up, however i think the Lip salve is a good tip Jack so thanks for that. I agree we need to have each others email & msn addresses, so anyone who hasn't already got mine, let me know and i will pass it on to you. Yvette

I didnt think about baby wipes.Theyre a good idea,especially if we cant have showers every day lol.
