Andy ! Better known in whose opinion ? I know it better as the Soft Cell version... the David Gray one is just more recent (and surely was only an album track ?) As for Tracy Chapman... totally agree with you Paul |

Say Hello Wave Goodbye was originally done by Marc Almond/Soft Cell, but better known as a cover done by David Gray. Baby Can I Hold You is a Tracy Chapman song but sadly (IMO whilst choking at the same time) will be associated with Boyzone. |

I never realised that 'The tide is high' by blondie was actually done by 'The Paragons'. There are loads of songs that i have heard that didn't realise they weren't original and then the original turns out to be better. Can you think of any? |
