Bella Didn't Phil Collins do a version of 'You Can't Hurry Love' which was the Supremes song? Mandy was originally Brandy by Scott English released in UK 1970 on The Horse label (part of Trojan Reggae Label) Pat x

Slightly different tack... Heard a nice song recently, sung by Norah Jones... 'Heart of Mine'. Found out that the original was a Bob Dylan song. Downloaded it from iTunes... dreadful ! lol

Christine, Took me ages to remember the originals of those UB40 versions, BUT if it means that even ONE person will look for the original Reggae or Soul versions and enjoy them, it's worth it :-) Yeah sorry reading back it does look a bit show off :-( Still I will leave it there anyway. Pat x

Margaret.Father and Son has recently been re released and sung by both Cat Stevens and Ronan Keating. so, yeah, it sounded like Cat because it was Cat!
