Jeanette, The only reason I went to Liverpool was to see the Cavern Quarter. The Beatles are a BIG part of POP history and well deserve the acolades bestowed on them. John Lennon was my fave :-) Pat x

Eddie, you seem to be the only one that thinks so. Clearly you don't like them, fair enough, but the vast majority disagrees with you, so who's wrong ? One last song from me... Help, I need somebody, Help, not just anybody, Help, you know I need someone, help. When I was younger, so much younger than today, I never needed anybody’s help in any way. But now these days are gone, I’m not so self assured, Now I find I’ve changed my mind and opened up the doors. Help me if you can, I’m feeling down And I do appreciate you being round. Help me, get my feet back on the ground, Won’t you please, please help me. And now my life has changed in oh so many ways, My independence seems to vanish in the haze. But every now and then I feel so insecure, I know that I just need you like I’ve never done before. Help me if you can, I’m feeling down And I do appreciate you being round. Help me, get my feet back on the ground, Won’t you please, please help me. When I was younger, so much younger than today, I never needed anybody’s help in any way. But now these daya are gone, I’m not so self assured, Now I find I’ve changed my mind and opened up the doors. Help me if you can, I’m feeling down And I do appreciate you being round. Help me, get my feet back on the ground, Won’t you please, please help me, help me, help me, oh

and another great song... When I find myself in times of trouble Mother mary comes to me Speaking words of wisdom, let it be. And in my hour of darkness She is standing right in front of me Speaking words of wisdom, let it be. Let it be, let it be. Whisper words of wisdom, let it be. And when the broken hearted people Living in the world agree, There will be an answer, let it be. For though they may be parted there is Still a chance that they will see There will be an answer, let it be. Let it be, let it be. yeah There will be an answer, let it be. And when the night is cloudy, There is still a light that shines on me, Shine on until tomorrow, let it be. I wake up to the sound of music Mother mary comes to me Speaking words of wisdom, let it be. Let it be, let it be. There will be an answer, let it be. Let it be, let it be, Whisper words of wisdom, let it be.

and another great song... Something in the way she moves Attracts me like no other lover Something in the way she woos me I don’t want to leave her now You know I believe her now Somewhere in her smile she knows That I don’t need no other lover Something in her style that shows me Don’t want to leave her now You know I believe her now You’re asking me will my love grow I don’t know, I don’t know You stick around now it may show I don’t know, I don’t know Something in the way she knows And all I have to do is think of her Something in the things she shows me Don’t want to leave her now You know I believe her now

Although I am from Liverpool I think everyone should know the truth ! the Beatles were rubbish ! all these japanese tourists are being fooled , George Martin was the man who made them sound a little better by his musical arrangements, also they had ghost writers writing their songs, all they could write was ' we all live in a yellow submarine ' ' Garbage '

pure genius. In the town where I was born lived a man who sailed to sea. And he told us of his life in the land of submarines. So we sailed up to the sun till we found the sea of green. And we lived beneath the waves in our yellow submarine. We all live in a yellow submarine, Yellow submarine, yellow submarine We all live in a yellow submarine, Yellow submarine, yellow submarine And our friends are all on board, many more of them live next door. And the band begins to play. We all live in a yellow submarine, Yellow submarine, yellow submarine. We all live in a yellow submarine, Yellow submarine, yellow submarine. And we live a life of ease. Everyone of us has all we need. Sky of blue, and sea of green, in our yellow submarine. We all live in a yellow submarine, Yellow submarine, yellow submarine. We all live in a yellow submarine, Yellow submarine, yellow submarine. We all live in a yellow submarine, Yellow submarine, yellow submarine. We all live in a yellow submarine, Yellow submarine, yellow submarine.
