Howard Did you see in one of the photos that my wrap dress had slipped a bit and I was doing a 'Judy Finnegan'???? Now were you too gentlemanly to tell me, or too gentlemanly not to notice? Mandy :))

I'm posh ........ I just disguise it extremely well. Huh! I wish! And I never tolerate people talking down to me about council houses. I was born in one. Ooh, gets me knickers in a twist it does, when people are like that!

Unknown Report 24 Apr 2005 21:44

David, funny you should mention the 'breakfast, lunch, dinner' thing because a relative of mine calls them that and she lives in a council house! So your theory goes out of the window pmsl! Hmmm, wonder what makes you think I'm posh ???? Mandy :) x

Out of interest, what defines a posh person in this day and age do you think?

Unknown

Unknown Report 24 Apr 2005 21:39

Oooh Mandy I'd say you were definitely posh lol - I can just tell;) People used to say it could be defined by trivial things like whether you have breakfast dinner and tea or breakfast lunch and dinner and drinking cups of tea with your tea lol

My house was a council house but it is mine now! I am just ordinary, nowt worse than a working class snob is there! Dave

Unknown Report 24 Apr 2005 21:34

Go on then David - what do YOU think I am? lol I'd say somewhere in between, although I do have a dead common laugh!! It really does annoy me when people look down their noses at council houses. It doesn't make you a better person just because you have bought your own home! I have family and friends in council houses and they are all - without exception - really nice people. Off my soapbox now lol. Mandy:) PS - Will demonstrate said dirty laugh on Saturday just for you David!

Emma

Emma Report 24 Apr 2005 21:31
