I see nudges of green, red roses too. I see them bloom for me and you. And I think to myself, what a wonderful nudge. I see nudges of blue and nudges of white The bright blessed nudge, the dark sacred night. And I think to myself, what a wonderful nudge. The colours of the nudges, so pretty in the sky. Are also on the faces of nudges going by. I see nudges shakin' hands, sayin' 'How do you do?' They're really saying 'I nudge you' I hear nudges cryin', I watch them grow. They'll learn much more than I'll ever know. And I think to myself, what a wonderful nudge. Yes, I think to myself, what a wonderful nudge. Oh NUDGE.

This is especially for Guinevere Gwynne because Justin Hayward sang the original 'Forever Autumn' The sunny nudgers are fading as the threads grow old And darker nudgers are drawing near... The winter nudges will be much colder Now you're not here. I watch the nudgers as they nudge across the general board And one by one they disappear. I wish that I was nudging with them Now you're not here Like those nudgers through the threads you came to nudge me Like those nudgers on a breeze you nudged away... Through nudgers golden threads we kick the others away You always love nudging this time of year.
