Hi Everyone, No gain and no loss my weight remains the same.Thats only 5lb in 4 weeks,and this will be my last weigh in for a couple of weeks as I am off to the bahamas for 2 weeks, will try to be good while I'm away but I suppose I will be back to tell you all I have gained, good luck everyone. Come on get those wight losses on the thread. D.

I started on my own three weeks ago and are following a program of my daughters which works for her and I am amazed at the weight that is already coming off my clothes are looser and as I need to loose half my body weight not saying how much that is but as you can imagine a lot, the gist of this program is to decide that this is a life style change not just a flash in the pan, I drink warm water with a lemon squeezed into it each day important to do this every day and not eat or drink anything before it at all , then I have small serve of special k and a dessertspoon of all bran and I mix in a heaped dessertspoonful of protein powder and put skim milk on and this is about 7am and then at 10:30 am another lunch size meal must contain a serve of protein and a vegetable if possible and 2 litres of water a day 12:30 another small meal and at two another, after 2pm no carbohydrates at all, a meal same size (small) at normal dinner time and another at about 7:30 pm such as fruit or stewed fruit with low fat custard , read the labels and go for low fat or no fat and low carbohydrate and high protein no egg yolks if you make an omelette two whites one whole egg, tuna ,salmon, sardines, low fat cottage cheese , low fat fetta , rice cakes and pitta bread are good , and as many veges and fruit as you can stuff into yourself to make your metabalism kick start again watermelon cantelope and water based melon types are good bananas are a no no or limit them mandarins are good and no fat yoghurt is very good now go for it measure yourself and remeasure in two weeks and be amazed I am doin a cheese cake tomorrow with low fat cream cheese and lite milk and bikkie base so I will tell you all about it if it turns out nice there is all sorts of low carb food around you don't cut out all carbs but not after 2pm and eat low fat ham turkey and mayonaisse, I have cut out margarine altogether too email me if you need to know anything I havn't mentioned good luck to all Lara x

Hi everyone Another 1 and a half pounds off. Yippee! I have now lost 9lbs and am very happy. Well done everyone else who's lost and for all the others I hope the chocolate was yummy and there is always next week LOL (i'm suffering real chocolate cravings) sarah xx

was just arranging to go out for a meal with my friend. She does Weight watchers and weighs in on Fridays so will only go out on Friday night so she can pig out lol. Does anyone else do that?

Hi all, donna, are you OK? didn't realise you've been in hospital! i knew you were feeling poorly a couple of weeks ago but didn't realise it was serious. Hope you're feeling better now. Haven't weighed in today as my scales need a new battery so will get one today and weigh in tomorrow. sarah x

Morning all, I have lost 1/2 stone in 4 weeks!!!! All i did was to watch my fat in take, and not eat in between meals,and if i can do it , so can you.Helenx Good luck to every one else!!!!!

I am finding the new weight watchers plan really easy to follow! I have 3 meals a day and dont feel hungry at all! The only problem is I cant have bread but I dont even fancy it now! The best is I have lost 21 and a half pounds in 7 weeks! Bev x

Hi all. well done Helen and Bev!! both fantastic weight loss. And Donna is doing brilliantly too! I can't remember what I'd got to when I last weighed in here without trawling through the pages but since we started 6 weeks ago I've lost 12lbs and feeling very chuffed with myself. Sarah xxx

Went for my weigh in last night and cant believe that I have lost another 3 and a half pounds!! Got my 10% award (keyring) after losing 25lbs in total! Only been doing it 8 wks so am really chuffed!! Well done everybody and have a good week! Bev x

Hi What's happened to everyone while I've been away doesn't seem that we have as many people as we started with. Oh well I am back from the Bahamas and surprisingly enough I now weigh 9st 3lb, I expected to come back a little heavier so I am really pleased. D.
