Try to get some sleep Bev - otherwise you'll be absolutely exhausted later when you need all the strength and energy you can get. It's hard, but give it another go. I'm sure there will be a lot more support out there for you too as soon as these boards warm up and you are right - you can always rely on people here to come up trumps. Mega hug Magsxx |

Bev My heart goes out to you. Just before Christmas last year, my Dad had two heart attacks while waiting in Emergency to get to the CCU. It is such a devastating time. I came on the board when I got back from the hospital when we thought that we were going to lose him,and had so much support from fellow GR's that it made me feel that someone was here with me. We celebrated another Fathers Day last Sunday. Your husband, I know, will get through this. Keep YOUR strength up. If you need to talk, do not hesitate to contact me. Keep your chin up Gal, Deb |

Thanx for all of your support, I know why I always turn to you lot when things are not so good, the ones I have met, and the ones who I have not yet met, you are all what I class as friends. I went to bed at midnight read until 1pm, then back awake at 3.30, gave up trying to sleep, so turned to you alll. Thanx Bev |

Bev, Sorry to see your message - you must feel like screaming. Do hope that everyone is soon up and about again, and take care of yourself, the strain will start to tell soon if you try to do too much, although I can see you have a lot to do today. Hope you have good friends who can help and support you and you know how good everyone is on here, they will all be with you in spirit once they know what is happening. I'll be thinking of you and all your ailing loved ones too - best wishes and take care, Liz |

As most of you know my sister is in hospital after falling down stairs, and my M-i-L is also in hospital, haveing a knee op,..... well to top it all, my hubby Kev had a massive heart attack last night, they got to him just in time, he is on the Coronary Care Unit, and looks like he has had a pan of Spagette(spelling) tipped over him, he has so many wires, he is only 39, I can't let his mother know yet as she is in hospital until the weekend, but later today I am going to be busy on the phone to his family, they are calls I am not looking forward to, wish me luck with them, all of his family are in the midlands, and we are down in the south west, so it has got to be phone calls.
