Chloe...no secret! Honest!! I am just enjoying the new no count plan and find that my portions are now getting smaller! Maybe it is because I have got quite a bit to lose....another 4 stone to tell the truth! I would like to lose at least another stone before I go away in 6 weeks.... so keep your fingers crossed! Bev x

Chloe I am not part of any dieting club apart from yours. I weighed myself today and am in deep depression. I have 2 stones to lose. I knew I had put on some weight but didn't realise just how much. Started serious dieting today! Anne

Morning everyone! Weigh in for me last night and I have lost another 3 and a half pounds....bringing it to a grand total of 30 and a half pounds in 10 weeks! Cant believe it to be honest! Ive tried loads of diets in the past and can honestly say that this is the only one that has worked for me.... I am really enjoying it! Well done to everyone! Have a 'good' week...Bev x

Ah Dizzy, don't be so down on yourself. And Pat - we all have our bad weeks. I had one last week and was close to giving up. But it's all good! Try to be as good as you can, I know you will, but was trying to encourage. I try to image whatever I'm eating as a lump of fat, or I imagine looking at my naked body, and that soon inspires me not to eat naughty things! Doesn't work when it comes to alcohol though!

Hi Had a bad time this week, went on a girlie day out on Friday, must have enjoyed myself as I gained 2lbs. (Weigh In was yesterday). This week is going to hard too as having a family get together, with Jan from York and Liz from West Riding. Saving as many points as allowed. I have made a committment and have bought the Save and Slim Vouchers. Although may have not lost weight this week I have lost inches as I am going on Toning Chairs at least 4 times per week. I am am trying very hard to get my 75lb Loss Certificate. Pat

18 silver 7's!!!! Well done! How long did that take you? You nickname is better than mine - Clo Jo - reason for it is cos my mum could only think of Jo to rhyme with it! My middle name is actually Amy!! Or it's just Clo - but it really annoys me when people I don't know (and I don't mean people on these boards) shortened my name without asking, my old boss would do that all the time.... grrrr! Chloe

Hey Still... what you're name by the way... anyway well done on the 3lbs! Sorry I missed your message on Monday, been here there and everywhere. Weigh was today for me, I lost 2lbs.... got my third silver 7 (means I lost 7lbs) so that 1 and a half stone so far. Another 2lbs and I'll have lost my 10% and I get a funky keyring!!! LOL Hope everyone else is doing well. Chloe x

That's great Anne and Jean. Have you had a look at the Weight Watchers website? Or even if you don't want to go by their diet, we could still just do a weigh in every week and see how people are doing, and the tips to avoid naughty foods.... You don't like sweet things! You're so lucky, Anne! x So far, Maisie, Lady, Bev, Jean and Anne. And myself!

Hi Chloe never been 'on a diet' before. I will need help in what I can and cannot eat. I do not eat sweet things so that is not a problem! I feel I need to lose about 10lbs. Annexx

Cool, so the group is on, and hopefully it'll get bigger. My weigh in is Wednesdays. Is anyone else really picky with their food, or am I the only one? Looking forward to losing more weight with you guys. Chloe (feeling more positive today)

I am doing the WW No Count diet and I love it! I have been going now for 9 weeks and have lost 27lbs so am only a pound away from 2 stone! I cant believe how easy I find it and I am never hungry at all! We could use this thread to exchange recipes and tips..... Bev x

Deborah, Weight Watchers No Count is not like the Slimmers World Diet. You can only eat the 'no count' foods in your three daily meals. Anything you eat between meals has to come from your points. Chloe, I did really well for the first few weeks and lost half a stone. Last week I had gained half a pound. I was so cross and disappointed as I felt I had done really well and was able to fit into clothes I thought would not fit me this summer. Hoping for a better result tomorrow. I enjoy fruit and veg. but I have a very sweet tooth. Anything with honey, chocolate and nuts leads me astray. I'm doing the points system as on this I can have a sandwich at lunch time. Hope you have a better week this week, Rosemary(Essex)

I am a Weight Watcher and have been for about 2 years. I have lost 71 lbs (5st 1lb). I do the Full Choice, tried the No Count when it came out in the New Year, but it didnt do for me , having been counting points for so long it is now a way of life. I have still a long way to go, I was a very very large lady !!! Lost one and half pounds last week. Crossing my fingers for my next Weigh In ( Tuesday) as I am going out on a 'girlie' trip on Friday in Harrogate, retail therapy and lunch out !!!. Will have to say NO !! Pat

Lesley - not meaning to make you feel guilty, but do you want to try and do a weekly 'weigh in' on here - we don't need to mention the weight we are now, but if we've lost/gained anything? Maybe give each other advice too.... just an idea. Chloe PS - Weight Watchers - it's free to participate on the message boards, you don't have to be a member (go to meetings) at all.
