See the problem for me is that I'm probably the youngest person there, I'm also really shy. If there were more people my age, I think I'd find it easier. Thanks for telling me when I could phone my leader - I had no idea!! Well done again, everyone. Keep it up. Chloe xx

well done chloe, bev and all. The class that I go to chloe is great the lecturer is really good and all the class are happy and we all have a good laugh. It isn't all talk about dieting and recipes it is of all sorts even down to yesterday talking about shopping for bridal dresses as one of the members is getting married next year. We have B-B-Q's in the summer and coffe evening in the winter which is lovely because some people who are over-weight tend to hibernate in their houses so we all meet up at other times, we go for walks around the parks in the evenings etc etc. Perhaps you could start something like that going in yours. Well done Maz a great loss.. Love Maisie

Chloe My Leader is great, she does good talks after Weigh In. You can talk to her in class and can phone her any time between 9 am and 9pm. You could get the answer phone but she will call you back and help you if you have a problem. Are the other members in you class helpful ? My Leader runs classes in the area on Mondays, Tuesdays Wednesday and Thursdays so if you can't get to you class you can always go to another. Pat

Well done Pat, Maisie, Anne and Maz. Has anyone made up their minds on their goal weight? Do you have to talk at length to your leader, cos I don't much like mine!!! I lost 1 1/2 lbs this week. 3 1/2 more and I would have lost 2 stone! I'm really shocked that I did lose some cos I was naughty - BUT I think the mega long walk around London probably got rid of most of naughties!! Have a BBQ this weekend - I love my hot dogs as well!!! But am also going to the gym for the first time with my sister's ex (also a family friend). Maz - 12 1/2 in a week!!!! Oh my god! How did you do it? Chloe

Well done Chloe! Its a great feeling when you hit them milestones isnt it! I also lost 2lbs this week so going for another 2 this week to get my 2 and a half stone! I havent yet decided on a target weight! Due to having quite a lot left to lose (at least another 4 st) I am just concentrating on half a stone at a time....little steps and all that! That way I am not daunted by what lies ahead! I have also put a graft up on the fridge to track how many pounds each week that I lose... find it really helpful on those weeks I dont do brilliantly on! I just look at what I have achieved in 13 weeks! Bev x

Hello!!! Sorry I didn't post last night - had a family dinner thing that went on to 10pm and then I went to bed!! Anyway - had my weigh in yesterday, I lost 2lbs! Yay me! That makes my 10% weight loss.... 23lbs. Another 5 to go and I'll have lost 2 stone. My leader (or whatever they are called) asked me about setting my goal weight.... I want to lose more than I want to tell them solely because then I'll get to go for free once I've reached the weight I've told them. What does everyone think? How did you set your goals? Well done Teresa, Maisie, and Pat. Sorry if I've forgotten anyone else - terrible with names. Sorry to hear that you gained 2lbs Anne - what do you think you did wrong? Exercise is always good. I'm going to tone up now.... but before then I've been going on brisk walks on the weekend, it does actually help. Like this weekend, I had a BBQ - 2 sausages and a burger - plus the bread - and I still lost weight, whereas I've been good and not gone on for a walk and not lost anything. Make any sense? Anyway - have to get ready for work. Zzzzzzz Chloe

Hello all. I have just returned from my 5pm weigh in and I have lost 5lb this week. I am delighted and all the more determined to try and get another 2lb off for my half stone award next week. It has brightened 'the ole girl' up no end on a grey soaking wet evening. Love from Maisie
