Just got weighed in only lost 0.8 lbs this week, disappointed in myself, then again the long weekend just passed, had a birthday party/family picnic on Saturday then a pig roast on Sunday so I guess losing something is better than gaining. Been doing WW for 4 weeks now and have lost a total of 8.2 lbs yea meeeeeeeeeeeeeee. |

I gained a pound this week. tut tut. Going to try the Full Choice diet this week. Any tips? Not done it before! Well done Elizabeth! Keep up the good work. Maisie - how are you doing this week? I did bums and tums ages ago (good few years), but am really impatient lol Chloe |

Hi everyone, you all seem to be doing really well. I joined WW on the 23rd August and lost 2lbs in my weigh in on tues 30.8 hoping for another good week this week, we'll see!! Need to try and do more exercise, will keep you updated. P.S, want to lose abit over 2 stone. Liz |

Hi Chloe, Good on you losing and being naughty!!! I know I couldn't believe it that I only put on half a pound... it was possibly that I came home on the Friday and from then till Weds I was really strict with myself, although I didn't over indulge whilst away but did have the drinks in the evenings but, my grandaughter and I did do some walking all along the beach in the evenings. As for exercise I try to walk quite a bit through the week if I am up to it and, I also do steps on the bottom of my stairs at home for about 5 mins at a time. I go to 'Bums and Tums' every other week which is a good laugh but, I really think that drinking 2 litres of water a day def helps. Kepp it up. Love Maisie |

Half a pound, Maisie.... is that all? Brilliant! Well done for not gaining anything, Anne. Sorry I completely forgot to add my progress on here on Wednesday night. I was really happy considering how naughty I've been this past week! I lost 1.5lbs. 1 more and it'll be 2 stone. Aim is to lose another 2 and a half stone at least! It's taking it's time, but doing more exercise so hopefully it'll keep on coming off. What does everyone else do for exercise? I do sit ups, about 50. Then I go to the gym for an hour or so on Saturday mornings. Planning to start going to Box-exercise classes soon during the week. Chloe |

Hello to all of you.. Went to be weighed last night and have put half pound on which is absolutely bl***y marvellous after spending a week in Zakynthos with grandaughter... I am more than pleased with that.. Good for you Ann staying the same, as they always say in my class better than putting on!!! How's everyone else done? |

Hello Faye and welcome.... The no count weight watchers means that you can only eat the no count foods from w/w plan in your 3 daily meals, anything eaten between meals has to come from your points system and the points you are allowed depends on your weight which your consultant will help you with. If I am not correct chloe maz or one of the others will help you along. I went to w/w but I prefer and have been doing really well with slimming world. This group on here usually get weighed in either tues or weds and we let each other know how we are doing.... Welcome aboard and join us we are all doing it for ourselves and it makes it more fun and enjoyable doing it along with your slimming class and this slimming class as well. Love maisie |

Hello everyone, I have just got back from a holiday in Zakynthos with my grandaughter Rachel so, although I didn't over indulge whilst away on food each night my friend and I had a few ouzo's or two!!! so since Friday I am back on track and will be going for weigh in on Wednesday evening. Well done to those of you who have lost weight, to those who have put it on, put it behind you and keep going on the slimming path. Love Maisie |

got weigh in Monday night gained 0.6 lbs after losing 4.5 week before. Had a really bad weekend, stag for friend and then craft show & fair over the weekend. Bad girl, i am, well the piece each of dutch apple pie and blueberry were well worth it. Will make up for the gain this week come hill or high water. Rest of you losers keep it up and good job |

Hi Chole. Well, went for weight in last night, end of week 1, and lost 4 1/2lbs. Really pleased with that but then came home and pigged out !!!!!!! Why oh why do i do it???? Deb :-( |
