Hi All Can I join in this game even tho I'm a Scottish Slimmer not a Weight Watcher and they use a totally different system for calculating what you are allowed. I started back in August and have lost a stone and about 4lbs, without being desparatly strict. Just another 3 stone or so to go!! Been reading the thread and everyone sems to be doing very well. Jane

Hi, all I forgot to add last week and I lost 2lbs which meant I have lost a stone since the end of august. Unfortunately I didnt get weighed this week which was probably a good thing as we were in Scotland at the weekend and I ate and drank far too much. Hopefully back on track now though, I will try and remember to post on tues. Liz

Good luck, Blossom! Welcome Anne! I've recently started on the full choice, to try and give it a go instead of no count (which i was on for about 5 months). Chloe x

Blossom, Which plan did you decide on?? I'm doing the No Count, I never did very well on the old points system - I think the NC will be flexible enough :O)

Just to let people know that I have lost another pound. 29lbs..... mind I have been doing it for 6 months, should it have come off faster??

McDitzy Report 18 Sep 2005 14:00

Don't worry Maisie.... 1.5 is nothing! Thanks for the PM by the way, I'm terrible at replying to them. Been distracted lately. Pat - yes I went on the FC last week, and am on it again this week. Feel strong enough not to get all obsessive. It's all good. Very strange that I lost 2lbs cos I went out on Saturday night and I know I 'gave' up on have diet coke mixers! But it's that time of the month, and my weight always fluctuates then. Hope your husband is ok. Well done Liz! Keep up the good work. Chloe x

Hello Chloe and all fellow slimmers, Went last night and I have put on 1 and a half pound... I've been very very naughty this week and deserved to have put more on than that so I am very luck so I'm back on track from today onwards, so easy to fall off your perch. good on you Chloe and the others who have lost..

Chloe Well done. !!!! Did you go onto the Full Choice ? I gained half pound on this weeks weigh in. But haven't been for two weeks and have had a break away, so I was pleased with only that gain. Will not be weighing in until the end of October as husband is goiing into hospital today and goping on holiday. Be back with you all then. All keep going, 15 weeks to Xmas and a possible STONE loss. Go for it !!!! Pat

Good Morning Friends... I am very very happy went last night and lost another 2lb. I was delighted... Have any of you tried the Svelte Smoothies(they are yoghurts)? Buy 1 get 1 free in Tescos at the mo and they are very nice. I have been using them instead of cream on my sugar free jellies and summer fruits delicious!!!! Well done all of you. Bums and Tums is a good laugh Chloe especially with us all trying to get up of floor when finished!!!!!
