Can anyone join in??Too fat for my height!Husband no help at all, just laughs, here we go again.Sixty this year in July, would love to lose a stone by then. Used to be slim in the swinging sixties, had children, gained weight. Always 'this time I will do it'. Hate exercise, tried a gym for a while, got glandular fever aged 50, from sweaty gym. |

Hi Liz. You didn't put on, so it's good! I'm surprised you don't lose weight from the sheer physical job of being a mum to under 10s! I swim every Sunday morning (new thing) - perhaps you could go with your girls, and your partner (if you have one), or a friend, and you could do a little swimming whilst your friend/partner watches the kids!?! Well done Liz! I managed to lose 3.5lbs this week. Shocking!! I've been so stressed out, and I've eaten loads. I didn't go to the gym on Sat or swimming on Sunday as I wanted lie ins over the weekend (had a university interview on Tues)..... not a pattern that will continue - I wish there was a way you could eat fun food and lose weight! lol |

Hey everyone! I've been so naughty not keeping this up to date..... slap my wrists! I missed my weigh in on the 22nd (I was EXTREMELY hungover from the work do, and wanted to avoid the shame of putting on weight...) 28th it was closed, so the 4th was the first time for me since the 15th December! I lost 2lbs. That's good considering how naughty I've been over Xmas. Only 5lbs to lose until 3 stone mark! How did you do this week, Blossom? And Kate, Mrs Santa and Liz??? Tell all! Chloe x |
