8oz, Strawberries or Raspberries in a liquidiser with 3oz caster sugar 3/4 pint double cream and 1/4pt of milk whisk together and put through a seive if you dont like the pips, then either put in your ice-cream machine or the freezer. If in the freezer take out when half frozen and whisk again, put back into the freezer until set. Wendy.xx |
