I meant to say aswell BB, the CAB will sort things out for you there and then, they are very sympathetic and non Judgemental. you can sign an agreement for them to act on your behalf with the debt companies etc so you will not even have to deal with them at all. I know it is painfull but make sure you tell the CAB everything... they WILL sort it out for you. They are so knowledgeable on all the legalities involved and your rights. xx(especially concerning debt collectors!) |

Have you tried Citizens Advice? They have people trained to deal with this sort of thing. Do you get Housing Benefit? Have you talked to your local council benefit section? Magsxxx |

i agree with Mags, Citizen Advice are excellent at this sort of thing, they have trained mediators to sort your finances out with companies involved. They will be able to negotiate on your behalf and sort out manageable payments for you. Even if you have been taken to court, they can intervene and take the pressure off you, legally and emotionally. Do give them a call today... it is so simple to do and you will feel so much better. :)) |

BB - if you are so deep in debt - please, you don't need another loan! You are just making matters worse. See a debt counsellor - see Citizens Advice but please don't borrow more money. Magsxx |
